Аннотация	The countries of Southeast Asia have occupied prominent positions in international division of labour as ICT goods exporters by 2000 and managed to maintain these positions by 2015 in the context of growing competition, with China, in the first place. The article is a continuation of the author’s research (published in Vostochnaya Analitika 2018, No. 3.); it makes an attempt to “trace” the place of countries of South East Asia in global value chains in electronics by analyzing trade in electronic components and to consider the problem of creation of value added in computer, electronic, optical equipment manufacturing in these countries.
